Twinning Programme
New Orleans is truly like no other city in the United State. Music inhabits the streets of the French Quarter; much is the lifeblood of the city and you can find it almost anywhere. History is at every corner. It has been said that New Orleans is one of the only cities in America that still lives its history. Festivals, parties and events crowd weekends every spring and fall.
